Wrapped up in it All

So this week we decided to make a trip to "The Falls". There's only one REAL falls you know. Anything else just can't compare. Even the signs directing you to get there say, "The Falls". They know the truth too.

My younger boys had never been to The Falls before and Sheriff was four the last time we went so it was time to take a trip again.

Smiley didn't understand what the big deal was about going on a boat and getting wet. He wasn't very smiley about the thought of getting wet.

I had to have a little talk with him and convince him that he would be okay if he got wet and that it was alright that we didn't have the best view of The Falls.

A couple of my boys were prepared to get wet and in fact did NOT want to wear the beautiful blue ponchos provided by Maid of the Mist.

It got a little windy.

Then it got REALLY windy and a few of us got a little TOO wrapped up in the experience.

And we got wet.
